Do you provide both design and installation?
Yes, however, if you already have plans and the tile selected, we can just do the installation. We would also be glad to help you with the design phase if you are interested in doing some or all of the installation yourself. Options are endless.
Do you charge for estimates?
Our estimates are always free and at no obligation to the customer. However, if we have to rebid large projects multiple times because of extensive design changes, we will discuss a "change order" fee with you at that time.
Do I need to do anything to prepare the space for you?
That will depend on the project and what you want to do. Some homeowners prefer to do the demo work themselves to save money, but normally they have us do it. This will be discuss thoroughly at our initial appointment.
Do you have financing?
No, we do not provide financing at this time.
Do you require a down payment?
Yes, on all remodels and new construction, we require 100% prepayment on tile and 50% down on labor/rough materials usually a week before the job is scheduled to start. On large jobs, usually a second deposit is required half way through the job. The balance is due upon completion.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards. Please talk to us about our credit card policy as we begin to work with you.
