Do you provide both design and installation?
Yes, however, if you already have plans and are looking for help with installation only we can also do that. We would also be glad to help you with the design phase if you are interested in doing some or all of the installation yourself.
Do you charge for estimates?
Most of our estimates are free and at no obligation to the customer. However, if we have had to rebid large projects multiple times because of extensive design changes, we will discuss with you the rebid fees.
Do I need to do anything to prepare the space for you?
That will depend on the project and what you want to do. We can discuss this thoroughly as we work together on a proposal.
Do you have financing?
No we do not provide financing at this time.
Do you require a down payment?
Yes, on all special orders we require either 100% prepayment on materials or 50% down at the time of order and balance due upon completion. This is determined by the invoiced total materials being ordered.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes At this time we do take some credit cards. Please talk to us about our credit card policy as we begin to work with you.
